Return Timeframe
You have a 28-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
Initiating a Return
Download and Fill Out the Return Form: Access the return form on our website at eatzco.com, complete it, and include it with your return package.
For Defective Products: Provide a detailed description of the defect, incorrect items received, or any shipping damages on the form.
For Customer Remorse: If the item didn’t meet your expectations or wasn’t as expected, please indicate this clearly on the form.
Product Condition for Returns
We only accept returns for products that are in new and original condition. This includes maintaining all original packaging.
No Restocking Fees
Our process is designed to be straightforward; thus, we do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund of the product price upon the return of items that meet our return criteria.
